It was our night to applaud and present the worthy Champions from last season's SSCAR Series. To become a winner of a series takes a huge amount of commitment every competitor that participated any round I truly thank you. As a competitor there is nothing better than racing in a full field of champions, the only way to be the best is to race the best, week in week out.

Hawkes Bay's commentator Mike Wilson was our MC for the evening as usual he was fantastic providing entertainment plus.

Our Guest speaker was Newly Elected SNZ President Mr David Jones, who provided an insight into his speedway background & where he thinks the future lies ahead. Very informative and very grateful of his time. Thank You David.

We also had a special Video production made by Maori Made Productions which again was extremely informative & helped us all exercise our lungs. A truly brilliant effort Steve it certainly added to our fantastic event.

All SSCAR Competitor received a Participation Certificates. We also had Vouchers from Flamecrusher that were presented to the hard luck stories that go with owning a race car. We also presented three Minties Moments awards to competitors that made costly errors throughout the series.
